This is to remind you of the following accomplishment reports needed:

1. February 22, 2010 - Accomplishment Reports in the areas of Membership, Service (Community and Vocational),

Rotary Foundation, and Public Relations.

2. March 15, 2010 - Presidential Citation Certification Form. This was inserted in your latest GML delivery. A copy

of the same is in your District Directory, page 116.

As indicated in my letter of January 4, 2010, inserted together with the November and December GMLs, the above

reports are needed for "evaluation", for want of a better term.

May I also follow up the accomplished questionnaire for the Imagine Mindanao study.

We shall be following up the availability of the respective Rotarians assigned in the District Conference program.
