1. I am sending the attached Comparative Membership Schedule for Zone 7 for your information and review and which could serve a= s your guide for the rest of the Rotary year.
2. Disatrict 3870 is leading the way as far as growth is concerned (inrease of 91 members for a = 91% achievement against goal). My only wish is for the district to surpass the magic number of 1,200 which is the new minimum number required by the RI Bo= ard for all districts around the world (minimum of 33 clubs and 1,200 members).=
3. While there is nothing we can do with our prior year's figures, = we can do a lot toward achieving or even surpassing our district membership = goals. Some districts have performed creditably against their goals but there are districts that need to do a lot of catching up if we are to achieve our goa= l for the zone. Zone 7A just achieved 19% (246 growth versus annual goal of 1533).
4. It is important that we remind all clubs to pay their= 1st semester dues not later than the second week of December. All deposit slips= and SARs must be sent to the Phil, Consulting Center for issuance of official receipts. The staff specially Lourdes Labao takes a Christmas leave and t= he last mailing of remittances to Paramatta, Australia is Dec. 23. Let us en= join our clubs to avoid last minute payments to avoid inconvenience and termination.
Kindly go over the data and please let n me know= if you have questions. I will be more than glad to assist you should you need = my help.
Yours in Rotary,
Bobby Viray
