Timely that you have emailed. I was about to follow up the survey being asked by RI on the number of attendees that you think will attend the RI Convention:

1) Presidents

2) PEs

3) DGE

4) Rotarians

Do you have official travel agents (with contact , address and name) whom PAL can call regarding the group rate offer and the raffle of Mla Vancouver Manila for early ticket buyers. Early tickets will be up to January 30 to entitle them to a raffle ticket.

Agents preferably should be AITA member. They can offer accomodation and tour for your Rotarians.
