1. Membership
To attain an increase in Membership, with a minimum of, but not limited to one Rotarian per club;
To aspire for 80% retention of existing members
To create at least one new Rotary Club for the District
2. Club Administration
To ensure that all Clubs remit payment of RI dues promptly
To ensure all Club members subscribe to a Rotary magazine
To encourage Club leaders to maintain updated records and provide the District with membership and service records
To encourage club leaders to improve their fellowship activities and adopt classification talks in their meetings.
To ensure all Clubs use the Club Leadership Plan
3. Service Projects
To encourage each Club to provide service to their respective communities in the area of, but not limited to the RI emphases: health and hunger, literacy, water, and environment.
To encourage Clubs to focus their service activities to Vocational Service, International Service, and Youth Service.
To encourage clubs to note the Presidential Citation criteria of RI President John Kenny
To enjoin clubs to conduct needs-assessment of their communities and to create projects along that line
4. The Rotary Foundation
To promote and encourage EREY: One Rotarian Every Year sustaining membership
To attain an Annual Giving goal of $50,000
To encourage contribution to the Polio Plus Challenge
To increase participation in Rotary Foundation project assistance program; and to make sure stewardship is practiced.
To ensure that the GSE pairing with District 5520 would be a success
5. Public Image
To encourage Clubs to increase exposure of Rotary to their respective communities, to enhance and improve the organization’s Public Image.
Information on noteworthy club projects should be dissiminated to the community.
6. Leadership and Training of Rotary Leaders
In both Club and District levels, to intensify the development and training of Rotary Leaders for leadership continuity.
To encourage Clubs to practice mentoring, especially of new Rotarians
To open opportunities for the enhancement of the leadership, vocational, professional, and personal skills of every Rotarian in the District.
